Very well done. I like the hair too. I think the focus of the eyes need a little work. Good work with the shading and details.

nice work, i like the detail of hair and clothes, but the eyes a eyebrows looks draw like en face and the rest of the face look like in little angle.

About the eyes: true! When I tried to darken the picture I screwed up with them. Suddenly they looked to the left.. I tried to fix that, but didn't succeed
But I'll try again!
@Paw3ll: you're right. On the ref. picture his brows and eyes were very dark and sharp, so when I tried to draw that, but I overdid it I guess.
